Revised documents were sent in this week incorporating all of the County's comments. <br /> • Orange County Planning:Approved with conditions.Should be submitting revised documents incorporating <br /> all comments soon. <br /> • NCDENR <br /> • Driveway permit-Approved <br /> • Erosion Control—Approved. <br /> Construction Overview <br /> • The Owner is will begin a re-roofing project at the site beginning Monday, February 9th with Muter Construction.The <br /> re-roofing contract is 60 days in duration. The Muter Construction will begin over the center section (community <br /> center) and then move out towards the wings..Any work that affects the roof must be performed by Muter <br /> Construction who is performing the re-roofing work in order to maintain the warranty. <br /> • The Owner is handling all abatement work separately from this construction contract.The abatement work <br /> excluding the windows associated with Alternate No.4 will be completed prior to the NTP for this project. <br /> Abatement work associated with Alternate No.4 will be handled by the Owner but need to be incorporated into <br /> your schedule if the alternate is accepted. <br /> • All construction documents except for items requiring color/finish selection will be transmitted electronically via <br /> Boomerang Design's Newforma system. <br />
