It should be bound in the Project Manual for the <br /> project. <br /> GENERAL: <br /> See Attached minutes from the Pre Bid Conference <br /> See Attached sign-in sheet from the Pre Bid Conference <br /> The Contractor awarded the work will be able to utilizing the existing utilities at the Cedar Grove building. <br /> The Owner will pay for the utility charges. <br /> Contractor's shall use the State of North Carolina Hub Vendor list when looking for HUB subcontractors. <br /> Orange County does not have a separate HUB Vendor list. <br /> Owner will have the Cedar Grove building open on Monday Feb. 9th and Tuesday <br /> Feb. 10th from 10 am — 2 pm for interested bidders to study the existing facility <br /> and renovation documents. <br /> ITEMS PERTAINING TO THE PROJECT MANUAL: <br /> Section 00 0110—Table of Contents:See revised renaming section 00 43 93 as"Bidder's Checklist" <br /> Section 00 43 93—Bidder's Checklist:See revised section adding"Contractor's Safety Record" Form as a <br /> required attachment to your bid. <br /> Section 00 72 00—General Conditions: <br /> Add the following items: <br /> 13.19 Contract Time—The Contractor shall commence work to be performed under this Contract <br /> on a date to be specified in a written order from the Contractor Officer; and shall fully complete all <br /> work hereunder within Three Hundred (300)calendar days following date of said order.
