Year -To -Date Budget <br />Summary <br />INFORMATION CONTACT: <br />Paul Laughton, (919) 245 -2152 <br />PURPOSE: To approve budget and capital project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2014 - <br />15. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation <br />1. At the December 9, 2014 Board of Commissioners meeting, the Board approved the plan <br />to open the Blackwood Farm Park on a limited basis with a target date of March 2015. <br />The Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation (DEAPR) requests <br />an appropriation of $4,560 from the County Capital Fund to the General Fund for <br />seasonal staff, for the purpose of the limited opening. <br />This budget amendment provides for the appropriation of $4,660 from the Blackwood <br />Farm Park project to DEAPR's General Fund operating budget (See Attachment 1, <br />column 1 ), and amends the Capital Project Ordinance as follows: <br />Blackwood Farm Park: (Project #20037) <br />Revenues for this rmi ect: <br />FY 2014 -15 <br />Current Budget <br />FY 2014 -15 <br />Amendment <br />FY 2014 -15 <br />Revised <br />General Government Revenue <br />$1971400 <br />($41560) <br />$1921840 <br />Total Project Funding <br />$1975400 <br />($4,560) <br />$1925840 <br />
