James has been a energetic and diligent member of our board for the last <br />three years and has contributed significantly to the service we provide to Chapel Hill and Orange <br />County. During his first term he has served as our Liaison to the Rogers Road Small Area Plan <br />Committee. <br />As James' term ends in June of 2008, we aslc that you reappoint hirn in a timely fashion in <br />order that there be no disruption in his service on our Board.
