NC Smart Fleet Initiative reporting is submitted directly by OCNC annually <br /> with SP assistance for first reporting. <br /> Funding <br /> This MOU is not a commitment of funds by OCNC. Only in kind labor, facilities, and equipment <br /> are included in this agreement. <br /> Duration <br /> This MOU may be modified by mutual consent of authorized officials .frorn SP and OCNC. This <br /> MOU shall become effective upon signature by the authorized officials from the SP and OCNC <br /> and will remain in effect until modified or ten-ninated by any one of the partners by mutual <br /> consent.
