(OCNC.) and the Stealth Power LLC (SP) to NC Clean Energy 'fechnology <br /> Center Sponsored Pro'ject, "Stealth Power Mobile Power Idle Reduction Technology Orange <br /> County EMS Fleet,"under the NC Clean Energy Technology Center's/NC Department of <br /> Transpottation, Clean Fuel Advanced Technology (CFAT) 2013-2015 Program. <br /> (CFAT PROJECT). <br /> Background: SP, with commitment letter from OCNC has proposed and been awarded funding <br /> Linder the CFATPR0J1`.CT. To allow disbursement of awarded funding including SP idle <br /> reduction technology valued at $181,965.00 to be installed and retained by OCNC post project <br /> on up to seven OCNC EMS vehicles, the CFAT PROJECT requires fleet participants to sign a <br /> MOU agreeing to provide in-kind cost share to the project in the forni of project management, <br /> fleet staff labor, fuel costs, reporting and outreach. Cost share will include management of <br /> OCNC support to meetings and review of data and written reports, as well as fleet driver labor <br /> and fuel for operating participating ambulances over the 6 month duration of the CFAT <br /> PROJECT as well as the required 3 years total reporting for NC CETC reporting and <br /> participation in outreach activities. <br /> Purpose: This MOU will document OCNC corarninment to support, the Cl"ATPro.ject <br /> requirements as set forth in the SP awarded CFAT PROJECT Idle Reduction proposal and <br /> include OCNC in-kind cost-share staff labor and fleet vehicle availability for installation, <br /> operational data collection, monitoring, and outreach to support the efforts to demonstrate the <br /> Stealth Power Mobile Power (SPMP) APU system in first responder vehicles. <br /> Specifically OCNC shall provide: <br /> 1. Support the selection of OCNC EMS vehicles to receive of SP idle reduction technology, data <br /> acquisition equipment and actual installation by making available vehicles, specifications, and <br /> facilities subject to operational considerations with installations targeted to be completed by April <br /> 2, 2015, <br /> 2, Support the SP data collection vehicle data logger data during the 6 month CFAT PROJECT and <br /> provide fleet fuel use data to meet at least minimum reporting requirements which include all <br /> estimate of gallons used, or saved for CFAT PROJECT 6 months and an additional twenty-four <br /> (24) months following the CFA T PROJECT under the NC Smart Fleet Initiative, <br /> 3, Support CFAT PROJECT outreach by delivering or organizing designee to deliver at least one <br /> direct outreach presentation of the project summary at a North Carolina Clean Cities <br />
