She said Carrboro has <br /> 36 adopted a revised resolution without the sunset clause, and Chapel Hill is scheduled to address <br /> 37 the JPA amendments next week. She said the JPA materials will need to come back to the <br /> 38 Board of County Commissioners for re-adoption, and staff plans to bring this to the Board of <br /> 39 County Commissioners on April 7th. She said the UDO amendments will be taken back to the <br /> 40 County planning board on April 1 st. <br /> 41 Commissioner Rich asked what will happen if there are two very different resolutions <br /> 42 from Carrboro and Chapel Hill. <br /> 43 Perdita Holtz said staff is not expecting differing resolutions, but if there are differences, <br /> 44 the local governments will need to come together to address this. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Rich to: <br /> 47 1.
