The Grantors are the sole owners in fee simple of certain real property located in <br />Cheeks Township, Orange County, North Carolina, and described on Exhibit A attached hereto, <br />which is incorporated herein by reference. The tract of land described on Exhibit A comprises <br />approximately 5.18 acres, and is hereinafter referred to as "the Easement Area." A map of the <br />Easement Area is shown on Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein. There are no <br />buildings or other improvements located within the Easement Area. <br />B.
