(of SECTION II -WHO IS AN INSURED)are changed as <br /> follows: <br /> 3. Any organization you newly acquire or form, other than a partnership,joint venture or limited <br /> liability company, and over which you maintain ownership or majority interest, will qualify as a <br /> Named Insured if there is no other similar insurance available to that organization. However: <br /> a. Coverage under this provision is afforded until the expiration of the policy period in which the <br /> organization was acquired, incorporated or organized by you. <br /> b. Coverage A does not apply to "bodily injury" or"property damage" that occurred before you <br /> acquired or formed the organization; and <br /> c. Coverage B does not apply to "personal and advertising injury" arising out of an offense <br /> committed before you acquired or formed the organization. <br /> No person or organization is an insured with respect to the conduct of any current or past partnership, <br /> joint venture or limited liability company that is not shown as a Named Insured in the Declarations. <br /> 8. Waiver of Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others <br /> Paragraph 8. Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us (of SECTION IV—COMMERCIAL <br /> GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS)The following is added: <br /> We have the right to recover our payments from anyone liable for an injury covered by this policy. We <br /> will not enforce our right against any person or organization for whom you perform work under a <br /> written contract that requires you to obtain this agreement from us. <br /> This agreement shall not operate directly or indirectly to benefit anyone not named in the agreement. <br /> 9. Medical Payments <br /> If COVERAGE C MEDICAL PAYMENTS OF SECTION I -COVERAGES C is not otherwise excluded under <br /> this insurance,the Medical Expense Limit shown in the Declarations shall be the greater of: <br /> a. $10,000; or <br /> b.
