Oranqe County Housinq Authority—Appointments <br /> The Board considered making appointments to the Orange County Housing Authority. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> appoint the following Orange County Housing Authority: <br /> • Appointment to a first full term (Position #1) At-Large for Ms. Evelyn Johann expiring <br /> 06/30/2019. <br /> • Appointment to a second full term (Position #2) At-Large for Ms. Jean Bolduc expiring <br /> 06/30/2019. <br /> POSITION NAME SPECIAL EXPIRATION <br /> NO. REPRESENTATIVE DATE <br /> 1 Ms. Evelyn Johann At-Large 06/30/2019 <br /> 2 Ms. Jean Bolduc At-Large 06/30/2019 <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Commissioner Jacobs asked about the position on this board that is filled by the Interim <br /> Housing Director. <br /> Donna Baker said when the by-laws were redone this position was designated as <br /> whoever was in that director position. She will follow up with providing information on this to the <br /> Board. <br /> 12. Board Comments <br /> Commissioner Price attended the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners <br /> (NCACC) Legislative Goals conference. She said the suggestion of County Commissioners <br /> being able to carry guns into meetings was defeated. <br /> Commissioner Price said she also attended an open session on board procedures, and <br /> some of the issues raised are things that should be discussed as the Orange County Board <br /> revises various processes. <br />
