Milestone&Dates: <br /> The following time schedule is proposed for consideration for the <br /> preparation of an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choke <br /> Month One—February 2015 <br /> Meet with local staff and officials to initiate work on the <br /> Analysis of Impediments <br /> Review existing studies,census data,and CHAS data <br /> Review timeline schedule with local staff <br /> - Establish a schedule of interviews with stakeholders_ <br /> Prepare a resident survey form for staff review <br /> Prepare a list of housing providers,social service agencies <br /> and other stakeholders to meet with <br /> Mail to organizations surveys and invitations for roundtable <br /> discussions and meetings <br /> - Prepare survey form for stakeholders for the Town and <br /> County to send out with letters inviting them to meetings <br /> Have a discussion with the HUD-FHEO Representative to <br /> review the status of the A I and gather their comments <br /> Send out questionnaires to public <br /> Month Two March 2015 <br /> - Prepare a draft letter to HUD-FHEO to obtain a list of <br /> complaints tiled with HUD from 2005 through 2014 for the <br /> Town to mail to HUD Freedom of Information Office <br /> Prepare an outline of census data and HUD CHAS data <br /> Conduct roundtable discussions with stakeholders <br />
