TIME SCHEDULE <br /> A. Milestone&Dates: <br /> The following time schedule is proposed by the UDV staff for review and <br /> consideration by Orange County: <br /> 1. Month One—February 2015 <br /> Initiate work with local staff and officials <br /> Review existing studies and census data <br /> Review timeline schedule with staff <br /> Prepare a questionnaire/survey form for local staff review <br /> Prepare a list of housing providers, social service agencies <br /> and other stakeholders_ <br /> Prepare survey form for stakeholders for the County to send <br /> out letters invitind them to meetings <br /> Meet with various department staff on community <br /> development needs, <br /> Conduct roundtable discussions with stakeholders and others <br /> Meet with local officials to solicit input and priorities <br /> Prepare summary reports of meetings and discussions <br /> Prepare the newspaper notice for'needs public hearing <br /> Prepare an outline of census data and HUD CHAS data <br /> Conduct"needs"public hearing <br />
