Thom Freeman
From: Bob Marotto
Sent: Friday, January 23, 2015 11:17 AM
To: Thom Freeman
Cc: Donna Baker; michelle .merck.walker @gmail.com; woz300z @yahoo.com
Subject: ASAB Recommendation for Vacant Board Position
Thom:
The Animal Services Advisory Board (ASAB) unanimously recommends that the Board of County Commissioners appoint
Molly Mullin to the vacant position for animal welfare /animal advocacy on the ASAB. Their recommendation is based
upon Ms. Mullin's long -term interest in both the historical and desirable forms of the relationship between humans and
animals. She has helped to solidify and shape developments in this area in the field of anthropology and she has written
similarly for general audiences.
Please let me know if additional information is needed as we move this recommendation forward.
Bob Marotto
Director
Orange County Animal Services
(919) 968 -2287
Check us out online or on facebook!
web: www.oranaecountync .goy /animalservices
facebook: www. acebook.com OCAS ets
Pursuant to applicable North Carolina General Statutes, any electronic mail message sent from this account
or received by this account, and any attachments thereto, may be considered a public record, and as such
they are subject to inspection by anyone at anytime.
