I am a <br />professor of public administration and teach in the area of local government services. I am <br />especially well versed in the use of IT to promote government services. I have, and continue to, <br />consult with local government agencies on organizational performance. <br />Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br />Given career advances, I finally have the time needed to donate to a worthy cause. I have little <br />formal background in animal services.
