2 <br />At its meeting on March 17, 2015 the BOCC will be considering OUTBoard appointments, <br />which among others will include a member of the Board of Health. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with consideration of the <br />resolution approving the proposed amendment to the OUTBoard Policies and Procedures. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve and authorize the <br />Chair to sign the attached resolution approving the amendment to the OUTBoard specific <br />Policies and Procedures (Attachment 3). <br />
