We have had some unanticipated vehicle maintenance costs, roofing and gutter repairs at <br />station 2 and flooring and carpet replacement needs at station 1 during this fiscal year. We had <br />anticipated making the necessary station improvements during the 2015 -16 fiscal year but the need <br />has escalated to the point that we cannot wait another year and we have also taken the rising cost of <br />goods and services in consideration.
