He said there is a <br /> 4 question about continued participation. <br /> 5 Donna Baker said there are some unanswered questions regarding funding. <br /> 6 Commissioner Price said there are some issues and it would be tragic to drop it at this <br /> 7 time. She said it would be good to discuss this.
