You would be fine with 2% recreation and the <br />other 35% would be open? <br />Craig Benedict: Are you asking for trails? <br />Eddie Kirk: 42,798.5 square feet of private recreation area is indicated in E4 on page 58, <br />Craig Benedict: You have a problem with E4 also? <br />Mark O'Neal.: We spent a lot of time creating a circular trail and we are continuing to put the trail <br />in. <br />Craig Benedict: As a negotiation, if you wanted to say 6 feet in a natural condition, we have no <br />problem with that. <br />Mark O'Neal: The ordinance does not give us credit for the open space. <br />Steve Yuhasz: We have 37.84% open space. <br />Brian Crawford: Is there a definition for open space? <br />Craig Benedict: Yes there is but the public recreation part ... <br />Mark O'Neal: We intent to put the trial in. <br />Craig Benedict: I will make a npte of this section of the code and the need for it to be amended. <br />Renee Price: What do we do now? <br />Craig Benedict: If they re agreeing to a trail in a document, it should meet the requirements. <br />Steve Yuhasz: We want credit for the open space we have required and the recreation space. <br />In so doing, inform the Planning Board there will be a trail built. <br />Renee Price: It doesn't have to be an approved trail. <br />Brian Crawford: Is that allowed? <br />Craig Benedict: If you have x amount of linear feet, it shows us. <br />Steve Yuhasz: It may be 80 square feet. <br />MOTION made by Sam Lasris to approve with the stipulation of trail and correct the language <br />with Planning Staff.
