Only the portion of this parcel that contains the historic school and <br />associated grounds is being designated, consisting of approximately 1.4 acres. The property is <br />owned by Big Show Properties, 100 Floral Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. (see attached parcel <br />map /aerial photo) <br />
