4-H SUMCMER SIZZLE MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP <br />PROGRAM INFOF:MATION <br />PR O G R. A M I NF D. R MA TI D N <br />WHAT: Summer Sizzle is an action packed summer middle school <br />. program. Eaclz week will feature trips and activities that <br />focus on a selected weekly topic; such as Crafts, Sports, Line Dancing, <br />Electricity, Cooking, Swimming and many more:. <br />WHO: Youth must be rising 6th, 7th, or 8th graders and must be able to <br />participate in outdoor activities, field trips and function in a group <br />setting. . <br />WHEN.• Monday -Friday, beginning the week of JUNE 16th - JULY I8th (Sign <br />. up is on a weekly basis.) <br />TIME: ~ 7: 45 A.M. - 5:45 P.M. <br />COST.• $100.00 per week for the full day program. No pro-rated fees <br />accepted. ~ A one-time ~'S0.00 deposit•is required for sign-up <br />regardless of the number of weeks selected. The deposit will go <br />toward the payment of the participants 1st week of participation. <br />If for some reason the participant does not attend the weeks <br />registered, the .$50.00 deposit is non-refundable. <br />i3jHAT IS INCLUDED: <br />Supplies, . supervision, entratzce/activity fees, accident.. insurance, <br />transportation for field trips, and camp T-shirts. <br />WHAT IS NOT PROVIDED: <br />Lunch, transportation to and from site, extra snacks, souvenirs <br />purchased on field trips. <br />TYPICAL SCHEDULE: <br />Northern Orange Coun , Site: <br />Mon.-Thurs. mornings• -RECREATIONAL FIELD TRIP <br />Mon.-Thurs. afternoons -ENRICHMENT • <br />Site will participate in an all day field trip every Friday! <br />12 <br />
