11 . This Agreement shall be effective from July 01, 1994 to June <br /> 30 , 1995 . <br /> 12 . This Agreement shall be reviewed at least annually, prior to <br /> July 1st and may be terminated by either party upon 60 days written <br /> notice. <br /> 13 . The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties <br /> and shall not be altered, amended or modified, except by an agreement <br /> in writing executed by the duly authorized officials of both parties . <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this contract <br /> to be signed by its duly authorized officials . <br />
