Such a program should provide them with school bus transportation and support <br /> services as well. <br /> • Promote cooperative efforts to secure funding and to strengthen inter-agency communication. <br /> • Desisinate funds for support services in school. <br /> Add support staff targeted toward at-risk students in clementary and middle schools. <br />
