It is through active <br /> problem solving at the local level that North Carolina's solid waste situation can be improved. <br /> The time and effort you have spent on creatively working to solve local solid waste problems <br /> will provide workable solutions that can be replicated in other communities across the state. <br /> We would like to recognize your accomplishment by formally presenting the grant to <br /> you at a ceremony in Raleigh tentatively planned for August.
