This ordinance revision also amends the Employee <br /> Performance Evaluation Program article of the Personnel Ordinance to <br /> reflect changes previously discussed by the Board related to performance <br /> terms. These changes in terms are: "Competent" to "Effective; " and <br /> "Below Competent" to "Needs Improvement. " <br /> RECOMMIEDIDATION: <br /> The Manager recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approved <br /> the following: <br /> 1994-95 Orange County Budget Ordinance* <br /> Grant Project Ordinances* <br /> Capital Project Ordinances* <br /> Salary Schedule Amendment <br /> Classification and Pay Plan revision <br /> Personnel Ordinance Revision <br /> Note, as has been the practice in the past, the actual budget ordinances <br /> will be provided to the Board of Commissioners at the June 28, 1994, <br /> Board meeting. Summaries of the ordinances are included as part of this <br /> abstract. <br />
