The following items were discussed: <br />1. Introductions for all the team members and their roles were discussed. The following was <br />established: <br />a. John Masson will be the primary contact and project manager for UNC. .. <br />b. Mike Meagher will be the prime contact for .technical information and site visits required at <br />the landfill. The team can correspond directly with Mike, but should copy Gayle and Bob <br />Sallach on all requests for information. <br />2. The initial feasibility study includes taking samples at the landfi(I for gas quality and presence of <br />contaminants. These samples will be taken in the next few weeks and lab analysis will follow. <br />3. RSG will be using landfill records to develop the gas quantify estimates. Standard EPA modeling <br />will be used. <br />a. Olver, Inc. has prepared some very preliminary numbers for estimated gas available. These <br />preliminary estimates to be sent to RSG for review. <br />b. Orange County to provide landfill records for RSG use. <br />4. The leachate is currently pumped and hauled form the site. Orange County is in the process of <br />installing a system that has a direct connection to OWASA sewer. The equipment will be located <br />on the south side. <br />a. It would be desirable to bring all gas to a central location for clean-up. <br />
