" S <br /> 8. It is the intention of the parties that this <br /> Agreement be reviewed annually, as near July 1st of each year <br /> as possible, and may be terminated by either party upon 60 <br /> days written notice but preferably at the beginning of each <br /> fiscal year. <br /> For the purpose of notice, the respective parties shall <br /> be served by certified or registered mail, return receipt <br /> requested, addressed to Orange County or the University of <br /> North Carolina Hospitals at the addresses listed below: <br /> Orange County <br /> c/o Orange Director of Social Services <br /> P.O. Box 8181 <br /> Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278 <br /> University of North Carolina Hospitals <br /> c/o The Executive Director <br /> Manning Drive <br /> Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514 <br /> 9. The Agreement contains the entire understanding of <br /> the parties and shall not be altered, amended or modified, <br /> except by an agreement in writing executed by the duly <br /> authorized officials of both parties. <br />
