The TAC, at its May 18, 1994 <br /> meeting requested that this resolution be sent to the <br /> governing body of the member jurisdictions for their <br /> consideration and action. <br /> The attached resolution is similar to the one adopted <br /> by TAC. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends adoption of the resolution. <br />
