The total levels of service commitment to In-Home and <br /> Institutional Respite will not change in orange County . Switching <br /> county dollars for Block Grant funds will not result in a net increa s f- <br /> to orange County dollars , with a minimum required 104 local match <br /> requirement remaining the same . <br />
