44 <br /> Sec . 6 . 2 Prohibited Practices <br /> (a) All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal <br /> enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, <br /> advantages, and accommodations of any place of public <br /> accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination <br /> or segregation on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national <br /> origin, age, disability, familial status, or veteran status . <br /> (b) It shall be an unlawful discriminatory practice under <br /> this Ordinance for any person to ( 1) withhold, deny, or attempt to <br /> withhold or deny, or deprive or attempt to deprive, any person of <br /> any right or privilege secured by subsection (a) of this section, <br /> or (2 ) intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, <br /> threaten, or coerce any person with the purpose of interfering with <br /> any right or privilege secured by subsection (a) of this Section, <br /> or ( 3 ) punish or attempt to punish any person for exercising or <br /> attempting to exercise any right or privilege secured by subsection <br /> (a) of this Section. <br /> Sec . 6 . 3 Exemptions <br /> The provisions of this Article shall not apply to a private <br /> club or other establishment not in fact open to the public . <br /> Article VII Other Prohibited Discriminatory Acts_ <br /> (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or <br /> knowingly: <br /> ( 1) Perform or attempt to perform any act which directly <br /> or indirectly results in an individual's bodily injury or property <br /> 39 <br />
