• <br /> family members of the employees residing in the same unit who are 42 <br /> under the minimum age, provided the employees perform substantial <br /> duties directly related to the management of the housing. <br /> ARTICLE VI Public Accommodations <br /> Sec . 6 . 1 Definitions <br /> A place of public accommodation includes , but is not limited <br /> to, each of the following establishments located in Orange County <br /> which caters or offers its services or facilities or goods to the <br /> general public : <br /> ( 1) any inn, hotel, motel, or other establishment which <br /> provides lodging to transient guests; <br /> (2 ) a n y r estau ran t, c afeteria, lunchroo m, lunch counter, soda <br /> fountain, bar, or other establishment engaged in the selling or <br /> serving of food or drink; <br /> ( 3 ) any motion picture house, theater, concert hall, sports <br /> arena, stadium, or other place of exhibition or entertainment; <br /> ( 4) any auditorium, convention center, lecture hall, or other <br /> place of public gathering; <br /> (5 ) any bakery, grocery store, clothing store, hardware <br /> store, shopping center, or other sales or rental establishment; <br /> ( 6 ) any Laundromat, dry-cleaner, bank, barber shop, beauty <br /> shop, travel service, shoe repair service, funeral parlor, gas <br /> station, office of an accountant or lawyer, pharmacy, insurance <br /> office, professional office of a health care provider, hospital, or <br /> other service establishment; <br /> 37 <br />
