Bathroom walls are reinforced to allow <br /> later insulation of grab bars; and <br /> 6 . Kitchens and bathrooms have space for an <br /> individual in a wheelchair to maneuver. <br /> C . Compliance with the appropriate requirements of <br /> the American National Standard for buildings and facilities <br /> providing accessibility and usability for physically handicapped <br /> people (commonly cited as "ANSI A117 . 1" as amended or revised from <br /> time to time) suffices to satisfy the requirements of Section <br /> 5 . 1(a) ( 5 ) of this Ordinance.
