The total levels of service commitment to In-Home and <br /> Institutional Respite will not change in Orange County. Switching <br /> county dollars for Block Grant funds will not result in a net increase <br /> to Orange County dollars, with a minimum required 10% local match <br /> requirement remaining the same. <br />
