0.13 <br /> Non-residential uses may be permitted as part of an open space development but only in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Article 7 - Planned Developments. Such uses must be <br /> located in small, commercial mixed-use centers in a village setting or context and be <br /> designed to be to scale with the residential community proposed and planned with the <br /> center. <br /> 3.
