Are the options going to be the same overall or will <br /> they be different for different areas? <br /> Answer: So far, the decision has been to apply the same rules <br /> for everyone, but some have argued for differences that need <br /> to be considered. Perhaps bring up to Commissioners that <br /> there are differences, (e.g. allow cluster in the mid-section <br /> of the county but not up in the northern area) . <br /> • When people move in next to farmers with cattle there is often <br /> incompatibility, (e.g. dogs running cattle) . <br /> Summary (group recommendations) : <br /> #• Most people agree that two-acre minimum lot size is <br /> preferable. <br /> #• No one prefers one plan over the other. <br /> #• No one even has a "light" preference of RCA over the planning <br /> staff alternative. <br /> #• Rural character study: seems the group is O.K. with options <br /> one and two, but not density allowed by option 3 .
