19 <br /> time following the happening of the first of the events described <br /> in ( i) , ( ii) and (iii) above, the COUNTY agrees to convey to <br /> OWASA and OWASA agrees to accept from the COUNTY all of the <br /> COUNTY's right, title and interest to the Subdivision wastewater <br /> system, including the STEP systems . This Agreement may be <br /> amended by agreement of the parties . <br /> 5 .
