OPENING REMARKS FROM THE CHAIRMAN <br /> 23 Vice-Chair Halkiotis called the meeting to order and welcomed the <br /> 24 Planning Board members and citizens in attendance. He indicated that Joan <br /> 25 Jobsis, Vice-Chair of the Planning Board would Chair the remainder of this <br /> 26 Public Hearing. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 B.
