To maintain proper health records of its students rotating through the OCHD, and <br /> instructing its students about Hepatitis B vaccinations, about the student's <br /> responsibility for post-exposure follow-up and any incurred costs, about the students <br /> responsibility for the provision of protective equipment, and proper past-exposure <br /> record-keeping. <br /> F. To provide proof of Blood-borne Pathogens training for each student. <br /> G. The University shall bill the OCHD for the entire $8,000 for the services of the <br /> Project Coordinator by June 10, 1994. <br /> V. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OCHD <br /> A.
