At present, funding for the CJPP programs has been placed on anon-recurring <br />status and is competitive. The legislative continuation review hearing for the CJPP is scheduled <br />for April 17, 2008. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the grant <br />application and authorize the Chair to sign contingent upon final review by staff and the County <br />Attorney. <br />
