This plan will contain a <br /> determination of the allowable cost of providing each supporting services <br /> such as purchasing, legal counsel, disbursement processing, etc. <br /> b) Prepare indirect cost proposals for federal grants as necessary. <br /> e} Negotiation, of the completed cost allocation plan, with the representatives <br /> of the State or federal government, whichever is applicable. <br /> d) Prepare the County's EMS Medicaid Cost Report. <br /> Consultant represents that it has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required <br /> in the performance of Services under this Agreement. All of the Services required <br /> hereunder will be performed by Consultant or under its supervision, and all personnel <br /> engaged in the work shall be fully qualified to perform the services described herein. <br /> i <br /> Consultant shall provide the Services stated in this Exhibit A in a professional and <br /> workmanlike manner consistent with the typical standards of the industry.
