13 <br />d) Update on Recreation /Amenities <br />Town of Hillsborough Planning Director Margaret Hauth and County Environment, <br />Agriculture, Parks and Recreation Director David Stancil have provided the attached <br />memorandum with an update on recreation and parks. <br />Attachments 5d — Memorandum with Recreation and Park Updates <br />e) Update on Water Infrastructure /City & County Overlap <br />Orange County has budgeted to move forward with studying the feasibility of <br />servicing the area south of 1 -40 in the southwestern quadrant of the Town in FY <br />2015 -16. This economic development area is composed primarily of EDH -3 <br />(Economic Development Hillsborough Limited Office with Residential). Also, a <br />northwest area of EDH -2 (Economic Development Hillsborough Limited Office) may <br />be extended from present location. Orange County will work with Town Planning <br />and the Town Engineer /Utilities Director to integrate utility service planning for this <br />area, primarily targeting sanitary sewer extension. <br />No Attachments <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact associated with discussion of these <br />topics. There are no action items requiring formal Board decisions. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Managers recommend the Boards discuss the topics listed and <br />provide appropriate direction to the respective staffs. <br />
