16 <br /> Orange County Commissioners <br /> C/O Orange County Planning Board <br /> 306 F Revere Road <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> April 89 1994 <br /> Dear Commissioners: <br /> I would like to go on record as favoring the proposed Amendment to <br /> current County Regulations which would allow our Professional Planning Staff <br /> to approve modification of septic system set=backs for existing lots in water <br /> quality critical areas adjacent to reservoirs. <br /> Currently there are a finite number of lots which could be considered. I <br /> believe it would save the county time and money, by allowing our planning staff <br /> to consider these set-backs. <br /> As a resident of Orange County and owner of property, and an Agent for <br /> others, we are all concerned about water quality.
