All waste treatment systems permitted after the adoption of these 3 <br /> programs will be affected by the provisions and requirements of <br /> the programs. Furthermore, existing treatment systems may be <br /> included in the programs at a later date. The following types of <br /> systems are proposed for inclusion into these programs: <br /> * CONVENTIONAL SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS <br /> non-single family use or single family dwelling larger than <br /> four bedrooms, inspected every five years at cost of $100 per <br /> inspection <br /> * PUMP-CONVENTIONAL SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS WITH ONE PUMP <br /> - inspected once every five years at a cost $100 per inspection <br /> * LOW PRESSURE SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS WITH ONE PUMP <br /> - inspected once every year at a cost $100 per inspection - <br /> * PUMP-CONVENTIONAL and LOW PRESSURE SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS, TWO OR <br /> MORE PUMPS - TREATMENT CAPACITY LESS THAN 3001 GALLONS PER DAY <br /> - inspected once every year at a cost of $100 per inspection - <br /> * PUMP CONVENTIONAL and LOW PRESSURE SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS - <br /> TREATMENT CAPACITY IN EXCESS OF 3000 GALLONS PER DAY OR WITH A <br /> SAND FILTER PRE-TREATMENT SYSTEM <br /> - inspected twice per year at a cost of $100 per inspection - <br /> * PUMP CONVENTIONAL AND LOW PRESSURE SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS WITH <br /> MECHANICAL, BIOLOGICAL OR CHEMICAL PRE-TREATMENT - TREATMENT <br /> CAPACITY LESS THAN 3001 GALLONS PER DAY <br /> - inspected twice per year at a cost of $100 per inspection - <br /> * PUMP CONVENTIONAL AND LOW PRESSURE SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS WITH <br /> MECHANICAL, BIOLOGICAL OR CHEMICAL PRE-TREATMENT -TREATMENT <br /> CAPACITY IN EXCESS OF 3000 GALLONS PER DAY <br /> - inspected monthly at a cost of $100 per inspection - <br /> * SPRAY IRRIGATION OR DISCHARGING SAND FILTER SYSTEMS, SINGLE <br /> FAMILY USE <br /> - inspected twice per year at a cost $100 per inspection - <br /> * SPRAY IRRIGATION OR DISCHARGING SAND FILTER SYSTEMS, NON-SINGLE <br /> FAMILY USE <br /> - inspected quarterly at a cost of $100 per inspection. These <br /> systems are also subject to additional fees associated with <br /> cost of laboratory analysis of ground water, effluent and <br /> stream samples if such sampling is required by the system's <br /> operating or discharge permit <br /> • PACKAGE WASTE TREATMENT PLANTS <br /> - inspected quarterly at a cost of $100 per inspection. These <br /> systems are also subject to additional fees associated with <br /> cost of laboratory analysis of effluent and stream samples if <br /> such sampling is required by the system's operating or <br /> discharge permit <br /> • SLUDGE APPLICATION SITES <br /> - inspected during application at a cost of $100 per inspection <br />
