An Orange County resident, Mr. Vogel is a design <br />professional with experience in the field of historic preservation and with the work of <br />historic commissions. He has maintained a good attendance record (see enclosure), and <br />has agreed to serve a second term. <br />Please convey this to the Board of Commissioners for their consideration in March, to <br />prevent any gaps in our membership. The HPC will continue its recruitment efforts to <br />bring in new candidates who meet the Certified Local Government criteria. <br />
