COMPARISON OF PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN LOCATIONAL CRITERIA <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRANSITION ACTIVITY NODE <br /> The principal differences in the proposals of Commissioner Gordon are related to whether the locational criteria of the Commercial-Industrial Activity <br /> Node or the Economic Development Activity Node land use plan categories are used. Where slopes of 15% or greater are present, protection <br /> MUST be provided through proper site design and construction <br /> practices. <br /> Located outside of areas where 100-year flood-prone <br /> Hydrology Located outside of areas where 100 year flood prone areas areas and wetlands are present.
