As a member of the school grounds <br /> maintenance committee I request that, for New Hope Elementary <br /> School, the log waive its usual fee .-for mulch dispensed 'from <br /> the landfill so that we can complete beautification and <br /> erosion control projects . It seems reasonable for a county <br /> landfill to give mulch to a county school. ' We would <br /> certainly appreciate any donation.
