Categorize nursing diagnoses with interventions and expected outcomes into <br /> prenatal, postnatal and pediatric for easy reference. <br /> 8. Create five year goals for curriculum in parenting. <br /> 9. Maintain a bibliography for infant/child care to be accessed efficiently <br /> and quickly. <br /> Measurable outcomes of the use of more quality time with teen parents and <br /> their families would be: <br /> 1. Each teen parent will graduate from high school or complete the GED program. <br /> 2. There will be a decrease in the number of second pregnancies during high school. <br /> 3. The teen parents will demonstrate knowledge in parenting and infant care <br /> through observation in clinic, at day care and in home visits. <br />
