There are no state or federally acknowledged <br /> historic/cultural sites or County-identified Public Interest <br /> Areas in the vicinity of the proposed amendment. Located on land with less than 15% slope. <br /> COMPLIES. Topographic mapping of the area indicates that the <br /> majority of this property was originally slightly sloped. The <br /> original features of the area have been drastically altered by <br /> the existing extractive land uses. Topography has been <br /> altered to divert the majority of all runoff into the quarry <br /> area. The alignment of Phil's Creek has been changed from its <br /> original course diagonally crossing the site from northwest to <br /> southeast to the perimeter of the site. <br /> HYDROLOGY. Located outside of 100-year flood prone areas as <br /> identified by the Corps of Engineers. <br /> QUESTIONABLE. Phil's Creek is shown on the 1983 FEMA <br /> floodplain maps as having a 100 year floodway approximately <br /> 10 . <br />
