(In that the applicants have <br /> withdrawn the proposal for asphalt plant <br /> relocation, this condition is significant only <br /> to May 2000 when the existing asphalt plant <br /> will be removed) . <br /> b. To correct an error or omission in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan; or <br /> No error or omission in the Comprehensive Plan has <br /> been cited. <br /> C. In response to a change in policies, objectives, <br /> principles or standards governing the physical <br /> development of the County. <br /> No change in policies, objectives, principles or <br /> standards has been cited. <br /> 2. Article 2.2.14.2 differentiates between principal and <br /> secondary amendments. <br /> Principal amendments include: <br /> a. Additions to or modification of policies, <br /> objectives, principles or standards; <br /> The applicant states that no change in policies has <br /> been made in the initial plan. This request is <br /> based on changing conditions only. <br /> b. The creation of new activity nodes or additions to <br /> existing activity nodes which exceed ten (10) acres <br /> in land area; or <br /> This request Would create a new activity node at <br /> the relocated Bethel-Hickory Grove Church Road and <br /> NC 54 intersection.
