Section 16.12. Assignment. No assignment, delegation, transfer, or novation of this Agreement <br /> #*y part thereof shall be made unless approved by both the Corporation and the County. The County <br /> ab*edges and approves the assignment by the Corporation under the Indenture. <br /> Section 16.13. Duplicate Originals. Headings.
