Article 6: Development Standards Section 6.12: Signs (a) Only one #888tandiRg commercial sign is permitted for each development. However, a second sign may be permitted where a site has more than one vehicular entrance on different sides of the building. (b) A #886tandiRg idpAtifiratigp n- premise commercial sign must be placed perpendicular to approaching vehicular traffic so that it is clearly visible and does not obstruct the view of any other identification or information sign. (c) A fFeestandiRg OC184f,Gati,,n n- premise commercial sign must be located at least 10 -feet from any property line or driveway. " We are keeping the height of signs erected within our Economic Development Districts the same. From our standpoint there was a conscious decision by the County to have different allowable signs heights for projects in and outside of Economic Development districts and we are going to preserve this distinction.
